International and Inter University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

  Elevated from the status of the Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, established in 2009 to International and Inter University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (IIUCNN) in 2013, based on the achievements in its academic and research pursuits, it has extended its attention to encourage the scholars of the University to take advantage of the latest trends in Nanoscience. The Centre encourages proper use of Nanotechnology while maintaining the ethical, social and environmental considerations, concentrating on the development of innovative materials and devices.                                                                                                                                                                                               

International Centre for Polar Studies

Established in 2022, the International Centre for Polar Studies (ICPS) is a Polar Cooperation Centre comprising the School of Environmental Sciences, School of International Relations and Politics and the Inter University Centre for Social Science Research and Extension.This interdisciplinary centre supports a multidimensional strategic approach for attaining ecologically and socially responsible development and acts as a consultant in geopolitical procedures and human ecological aspects for the Government of India.
