Dr. K.R. Singh is an eminent scholar of International Relations, and Professor of West Asian Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. Dr. Singh, besides his long stint as Professor, also served as Director, National Security Programme, JNU, Editor in Chief of International Studies Quarterly and Visiting professor, Chair for Maritime Studies, University of Calicut. Dr. Singh has published several books and hundreds of articles in national and international journals.
