The Mahatma Gandhi University Innovation Foundation (MGUIF), the entrepreneurship and innovation facilitation centre of Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) alongwith Merstra Foundation is organizing a two-day Women Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and Community Event on November 18 and 19. The initiative is supported by the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA).
The event is being organized in connection with Women’s Entrepreneurship Day 2025, observed globally on November 19, to celebrate and empower women entrepreneurs worldwide. It is part of PROGEGMA, MGUIF’s flagship innovation and entrepreneurship programme that aims to promote inclusive innovation, nurture entrepreneurial talent, and support women-led startups within the university’s innovation ecosystem.
The two-day Bootcamp is designed to empower early-stage women founders, students, and innovators through a series of capacity-building workshops, design thinking sessions, and networking opportunities. Key sessions will cover topics such as Entrepreneurial Mindset and Founder Resilience, Design Thinking for Problem Solving, Value Proposition and Customer Persona, Building Core Teams and Inclusive Culture, Go-To-Market Strategies, and Fundraising and Financial Planning.
As part of the programme, a Community event will be held on November 19 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., featuring keynote addresses, panel discussions, and founder recognition. The event will bring together leading women founders, business leaders, and ecosystem enablers to share their journeys and insights.
The programme is open to college students, early-stage founders, campus innovators, and aspiring women entrepreneurs. Registration is free. Interested participants can register through the link
