
Mahatma Gandhi University showcased its models of excellence in transforming academic discoveries into technology and marketable products at the National Research Conference held in Thiruvananthapuram.
The conference was jointly organised by the State Higher Education Department and the Higher Education Council. Various centres from MGU actively participated in the event, including the School of Biosciences, the Inter University Centre for Biomedical Research, and the Business Innovation and Incubation Centre (BIIC).
The University delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Johnny Johnson, Director of IQAC; Prof. Dr. K. Jayachandran, Director of Research; and Prof. Dr. E. K. Radhakrishnan, Director of BIIC. The Mahatma Gandhi University stall was selected the best stall at the conference.
As part of Nava Kerala (New Kerala) initiatives, Mahatma Gandhi University presented a model that integrates academic excellence with knowledge-economy.
