Mahatma Gandhi University’s Institute for Integrated Programmes and Research in Basic Sciences (IIRBS) marked National Science Day with a vibrant celebration inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Dr. C.T. Aravindakumar.
As part of the event, the Vice-Chancellor also released the latest edition of the science magazine Logios. Institute Director Dr. K.R. Baiju, Joint Directors Dr. Mahesh Mohan and Dr. S. Anas, University Research Director Dr. K. Jayachandran, and College Development Council Director Dr. P.R. Biju attended the event.
Dr. S. Anas, recipient of the prestigious Kairali Research Award, was felicitated during the ceremony and delivered an insightful lecture promoting scientific awareness. The celebrations also featured a science quiz and presentation competitions, fostering enthusiasm for scientific inquiry among participants.
