Mahatma Gandhi University stood out at the National Entrepreneurship Conclave (NEC), hosted at Lead College of Management, Palakkad, showcasing the excellence of its Business Innovation and Incubation Centre (BIIC). Among 150 participating teams, BIIC distinguished itself, with two teams securing spots among the final 20.
The winning teams include R.S. Krishnashree and A. Gowthami, currently undergoing training as part of a collaboration with the Kerala Biotechnology Commission and BIIC. The second successful team comprises research scholars from the University’s School of Pure and Applied Physics, namely L. Vidya and Aparna Raj.
Each successful team is set to receive a reward of Rs 1 lakh as a scholarship along with Rs 15,000 as prize money. The innovative ideas presented by these teams were nurtured and developed at BIIC.
