
Dreams become reality only when they are transformed into vision, observed renowned consultant psychiatrist Dr. George John. He was delivering the Dr. Paulos Mar Gregorios Memorial Lecture on “Dreams, Fortune, and Creativity” at Mahatma Gandhi University. He emphasized that an open mind, ready to embrace fortune and opportunity, is crucial for individual progress.
University Syndicate member Adv. Reji Zachariah inaugurated the memorial event. Dr. P.P. Noushad, Director, School of Gandhian Thought and Development Studies, presided over the function. University Registrar Dr. Bismi Gopalakrishnan delivered the keynote address. Chair Professor Rev. Dr. K.M. George and Dr. Boban Joseph, Assistant Professor, School of Behavioural Sciences also addressed the gathering.
Dr. P.C. Varghese, Dr. Varghese Punnose (Principal, Kottayam Medical College), Dr. Mathew Kurien, Dr. Vinod Kumar, and Dr. Babu John also participated in the event. The memorial lecture was jointly organized by the Dr. Paulos Mar Gregorios Chair, the School of Gandhian Thought and Development Studies, and the School of Behavioural Sciences.
