Mahatma Gandhi University is set to host an International Conference on Water: from Pollution to Purification( ICW 2024), scheduled to take place from December 12 to December 15, 2024. This esteemed event is organised by the Inter University Instrumentation Centre (IUIC), School of Environmental Sciences (SES), International Centre for Polar Studies (ICPS), Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, and the Society of Environmental Chemistry and Allied Sciences.
The conference aims to convene leading scientists, researchers, and professionals across various fields of water research to exchange recent advancements and foster collaboration.
The conference is expected to draw approximately 250 participants, including 30 esteemed speakers from outside India. Key speakers include Prof. Roland Kallenborn (NULS, Norway), Prof. Wilson (Canada), Prof. Jannis (UK), Prof. Ratanatamskul, Prof. Olfa (Tunisia), Prof. Mick Whelan (UK), Prof. Renato (Brazil), Prof. Arja (Finland), and many others.
The venue for the conference is the School of Environmental Sciences at Mahatma Gandhi University.
