MGU is set to host a two-day workshop on digital archiving starting from January 11 onwards. This programme, organised as part of the RUSA Project, is a collaborative effort between the School of Gandhian Thought and Developmental Studies, the Mar Chrysostom Chair, and with support from the French Institute, Pondicherry.
The workshop’s agenda covers various subjects such as Visual Archiving, Archiving Technologies, Metadata Preparation, and more.
Resource persons for the workshop include John Reuben Davies from the University of Glasgow, Gopinath Sricandane, and Anandha Jothi from the French Institute, Pondicherry, along with Vimal Kumar and S. Jasimudeen from MGU.
