Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan unveiled the logo and name of the Mahatma Gandhi University Arts Festival scheduled to be held at Kottayam from February 28 to March 3. University Union Chairperson V.R. Rahul received the logo at a function held in Thiruvananthapuram.

The festival is named “We, the people of India,” a name coined by Meenakshi from Muvattupuzha, indicating the responsibility of the young generation to uphold the secular values of India, as explained by the Chairperson. The logo was designed by Rahul Raghu from Ernakulam.

The organising committee’s general convenor Melbin Joseph, programme convenor B. Ashiq, and P.J. Sanjay were also present at the function.
