Dr. B. Prakash Kumar, the former Registrar of Mahatma Gandhi University has completed his term and vacated the position. Dr. Prakash Kumar has served in this capacity since February 15, 2020. He will continue to contribute to the university fraternity as a Professor at the School of Biosciences.
In the interim, Dr. K. Jayachandran, a Professor at the School of Biosciences, has assumed the temporary charge of the Registrar’s position. He will continue in this role until a new registrar is appointed.
