The Korea Centre at the School of International Relations and Politics (SIRP), Mahatma Gandhi University, in association with the Unikorea Foundation, will host a special lecture titled “Korean Peninsula at a Crossroad: Developments in Inter-Korean Relations and the Prospects of Unification” on August 13.
Vice-Chancellor Dr. C. T. Aravindakumar will inaugurate the programme at 10:30 a.m. in the New Seminar Hall, SIRP.
Prof. Ma Sang Yoon, from the Department of International Studies at the Catholic University, Republic of Korea, will deliver the keynote address, analysing the strategic challenges, diplomatic efforts, and socio-political dynamics shaping inter-Korean relations.
Dr. Jojin V. John, Assistant Professor and Director of the Korea Centre, SIRP; Prof. C. Vinodan, Director of SIRP; and Ms. Gourilakshmi S., Project Fellow at the Korea Centre, will also address the gathering.
