The Inter University Centre for Biomedical Research and Super Specialty Hospital (IUCBR & SSH), Mahatma Gandhi University, is set to celebrate its 10th Foundation Day with a one-day seminar on “Recent Trends in Biomedical Research”. The event, organised by the Words Worth Society of IUCBR & SSH, will take place on June 28, 2025, at the IUCBR & SSH auditorium in Thalappady, Kottayam.

The seminar aims to bring together experts and researchers to discuss cutting-edge developments in biomedical sciences. Esteemed speakers include Dr.P. Baby Chakrapani , Assistant Professor and Hon. Director of the Centre of Excellence in Neurodegeneration & Brain Health at CUSAT, Dr.V.B. Smitha , Professor at the School of Biosciences, Mahatma Gandhi University; and Dr. Unnikrishnan Sivan, Assistant Professor at KUFOS, Kochi.
