Saji<\/em>, a research scholar at the\u00a0<strong>Inter-University Centre for Biomedical Research and Super Speciality Hospital (IUCBR &amp; SSH), Mahatma Gandhi University<\/strong>, has been awarded a prestigious\u00a0<strong>International Travel Grant by the ANRF (Anusandhan National Research Foundation, India)<\/strong>. This grant will support her participation in the upcoming\u00a0<strong>Society for Neuroscience (SfN) Conference<\/strong><strong>to be held at San Diego, USA from November 15-19 2025<\/strong>, one of the world\u2019s largest and most renowned gatherings of neuroscientists.<\/p>\n<p>Chinthu will present her research on\u00a0<em>\u201cNanoformulated Asiatic Acid-Enriched Centella asiatica Extract Confers Neuroprotection by Targeting Oxidative Stress and Mitochondrial Dysfunction in Parkinson\u2019s Disease.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Her work focuses on developing novel nanotechnology-based therapeutic strategies to address mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress, two major contributors to Parkinson\u2019s disease progression. Chinthu V Saji is a research scholar under Dr. Rajesh A Shenoi, Senior Scientist at IUCBR &amp; SSH<\/p>\n<p>The study highlights the potential of\u00a0<strong>Centella asiatica<\/strong>, a traditionally known medicinal plant, when formulated with cutting-edge nanotechnology, to serve as an effective neuroprotective intervention.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chinthu V.
