Th<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">e<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> chair is dedicated to the memory of C.H. Mohammed Koya, a renowned administrator and a progressive visionary <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">who<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> served as the Minister of the State Cabinet for several years. Born in 1927, he served as the 8th Chief Minister of Kerala, from October to December 1979.
